About the apartment
This spacious vacation home is perfect for a large family vacation or a group of friends. The house features six apartments spread across four floors and a total of 17 beds in eight bedrooms. Every floor offers a beautiful panoramic view of the bay and the sea. The house is located close to Montenegro’s top attractions, so you’re just a short distance from the beach, city life, and nature experiences.
Location and Transportation
The vacation rental is located just 11 km from Tivat Airport. You can also fly to Podgorica or Dubrovnik if you’d like more travel options.
Practical information
- The final cleaning is mandatory and costs 500 euros, including linens and towels. The amount is payable in cash at the end of your stay.
- A daily fee of 21 DKK per person will be charged and automatically added to the total price. Please be sure to specify the correct number of people when booking.
- Ample parking available at the house.

The house has everything you need, and it was great to have air conditioning in every room. Beautiful views in a quiet area. However, there were quite a few stray dogs that made noise and came onto the terrace several times.
The entire area/town is characterized by very steep hills, which people of all ages find difficult to walk on. It’s also important to note that renting a car is a must, as it’s located far from the beach and city life. The “beach” below is for adults only, since you jump directly into the sea.
Panoramic views of Kotor Bay and a 3-minute walk to the beach via a path from the house. There is a grocery store, a bakery, and 5–10 restaurants within walking distance. The terrain rises steeply from the coast, which is why the view is fantastic.
It’s lovely to walk along the beach in this small town, and there are plenty of attractions within a 30-minute drive—small coastal towns, Tivat, Porto Montenegro, Budva, Kotor, and lots of nature.
Tivat Airport is a 15-minute drive from the house.
I was here on a shareholders’ trip with 10 shareholders, and the house works perfectly for a slightly larger group—combining privacy and togetherness.
Only 4 stars for accommodation and comfort, as it’s just missing the finishing touches in a few places. This will be rectified in spring 2025.
