Cozy vacation home near the ocean
Karin is a small, charming town in Croatia with a history dating all the way back to Roman times. Here you can still find archaeological remains such as a small amphitheater and the temple of the goddess Latra. Today, the town is a peaceful vacation destination where you can combine relaxation, beach life, and outdoor adventures with exciting trips to nearby towns rich in culture.
Just a short drive away lies Zadar, a charming port city brimming with culture, history, and fine dining. Here, you can stroll through the narrow streets, enjoy a delicious meal, and experience the famous Sea Organ.
About the apartment
Karin Punta St. TV is a small, newly renovated apartment featuring a kitchen-dining area/living room, a bathroom, and a separate bedroom. The apartment is best suited for two adults, but has room for two children on the sofa bed in the living room. Perfect for a small family or a couple looking for a functional and cozy base close to the bay.
The apartment is located in the same building as Karin Punta ground floor and Karin Punta first floor, making it possible to rent multiple units together. This is a great opportunity to bring the whole family together or go on vacation with friends, while still having your own private living space. The building is also just a short walk from the bay, where you can swim, kayak, try stand-up paddleboarding, or go fishing.
Location and Transportation
The nearest airport is Zadar Airport, about a 30-minute drive from Karin. We recommend renting a car for easy access to the accommodation, the beach, and the many attractions in the surrounding area.

We had booked both the right and left units on the ground floor, and since there were two couples, it worked out perfectly. Great location close to the beach, and there was a small convenience store with all the essentials. There was a great restaurant on the beach that we visited often—try the pizza and seafood. We went to Zadar (do it in the evening), and the next day we rented a boat for 9 hours with a skipper—an amazing experience. We visited Paklenica National Park and hiked in the mountains, but the absolute highlight was Plitvice Lakes National Park, which is a bit further away… some of the most beautiful nature we’ve ever seen.
Karin Punta is a very local resort that offers a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back.
