Karin Punta, 1st floor

This small town has a rich history dating back to the Roman period, as evidenced by the archaeological remains of a small amphitheater and the temple of the Liburnian goddess Latra. At that time, the town held the status of a Roman municipium. In the past, the town’s population was primarily engaged in livestock farming and viticulture, and today the main industry is tourism.

A family-friendly vacation close to the beach and cultural attractions

Karin is a little Croatian gem with a history dating all the way back to Roman times. Here you can still find archaeological remains such as a small amphitheater and the temple of the Liburnian goddess Latra. Today, the town thrives mainly on tourism, and visitors come to enjoy the relaxed pace, the beautiful scenery, and the authentic Mediterranean atmosphere.

Just a 30-minute drive away lies Zadar, a historic port city with charming streets, lively markets, and attractions such as the famous Sea Organ. Here, you can combine relaxation in the bay with cultural experiences and great food.

  1. Susanne

Nice apartment. Close to the beach, but unfortunately a drive away from larger grocery stores and with only one restaurant within walking distance. Very quiet and peaceful area

  2. Kalle Kjemtrup

A wonderful apartment with everything you need. Clean, charming, and newly renovated. A lovely terrace with a view of the water over the rooftops. A nice beach just five minutes down the path across the street, where you’ll find two small shops selling fresh bread and warm croissants in the morning, a couple of cafes, and a good restaurant. A very beautiful and very warm area.

  3. Katrine Fosgerau

An incredibly lovely apartment. We rented the top-floor apartment and enjoyed 14 days of beautiful weather. The apartment has everything you need and a lovely terrace where you can relax in the evenings. It’s a 2-minute walk to the beach, where you can easily find shade and there’s plenty of space. There aren’t many foreign tourists on the beach. There’s also a small grocery store by the beach with the essentials. A car is a plus if you want to explore more of Croatia, with good roads leading to the larger cities.
    We’ll definitely be back

  4. Sofie

A really nice apartment with pretty much everything you need. A few small things are missing, but that didn’t affect our vacation.
Lovely location close to the beach. It’s pretty crowded, but it’s also so hot that you can’t really do anything else.
The only thing we missed was a larger supermarket a little closer by. Maybe we just couldn’t find it.

  5. Birthe and Jens

A lovely house and a beautiful first-floor apartment in a charming neighborhood. There is plenty of parking on the property.
It’s just a short walk to the lake, as the house is located in town.
The house is located in an area with plenty of opportunities for day trips.
