The apartment boasts an absolutely fantastic location with ocean views and is just a five-minute drive from a large, wide sandy beach. About 15 minutes away (by car) is Budva’s charming town center, which is often compared to Dubrovnik because of its beautiful historic district and to Monaco for its glamorous nightlife and casinos. About the apartment
This first-floor apartment sleeps six people across three bedrooms with double beds, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together. The Budva House consists of three apartments, all of which share a lovely outdoor area with a lounge where you can gather and enjoy summer evenings.
Location and Transportation
The apartment is just a 20-minute drive from Tivat Airport. You can also fly to Podgorica or Dubrovnik. For those driving here from Denmark, the highway goes all the way to Dubrovnik, after which the final leg of the trip—about three hours—is on country roads. Montenegro is an exciting travel destination that perfectly combines beautiful nature, beaches, and culture.
Practical information
- Final cleaning is mandatory and costs 150 euros, including linens and towels. The amount is payable in cash at the end of your stay.
- A daily fee of 21 DKK per person will be charged and automatically added to the total price. Please be sure to specify the correct number of people when booking.

We visited the Budva House in August and brought our adult children along; they stayed in the living room with their partners. Both apartments were nice and clean, with large balconies that easily accommodated six people. What we definitely missed was a pool, since it was very hot. It would also have been nice to have a small supermarket within walking distance; you’re very dependent on a car, so that’s something to keep in mind. Parking can also be a challenge since there isn’t much space for two cars, and one of the spots is hard to reach due to a steep hill.
I highly recommend visiting Budva, Kotor (where we went on a lovely evening boat tour), and taking a boat tour on Lake Skadar—truly beautiful scenery!
We stayed on the first floor of Budvahuset for a week in July. Three nice bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning. Fantastic views and beautiful sunsets, though you have to look past some power lines. On the other hand, the terrace is shaded until 3 p.m., which is important since it gets quite hot. A cold, refreshing jacuzzi in the common area. Solo Mio coffee capsules. Bring your own dish towels. Parking and traffic are a challenge. Montenegro is incredibly beautiful and affordable. A 5-minute drive to Jazz Beach with sand and free parking on the right—and nice restaurants.

There is a washing machine in the basement. Remember to bring coffee filters, as we haven't been able to buy them at the supermarket, which is about 3 km from the house
The house offers beautiful ocean views. A car is necessary to get around.

Several great beaches are just a short drive away, offering many excellent amenities, as well as several interesting towns and the opportunity to visit Albania, for example.
