About the apartment
The apartment in Sainte-Maxime is approximately 40 m² and features a lovely terrace overlooking the entrance to the Bay of Saint-Tropez. Here, you can start your day with a cup of coffee in the sun or enjoy dinner under the open sky while watching the light change over the Mediterranean Sea.
The apartment sleeps three people, with one bedroom featuring a double bed and an extra sleeping area in the living room. The decor is simple and functional, with high-quality furniture. The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, Wi-Fi (please note that the quality may vary), and just 50 meters from the apartment you’ll find a lovely outdoor swimming pool. The beach is only 900 meters away, making it easy to combine pool days with sunbathing and swimming in the Mediterranean.
The apartment does not have air conditioning, but thanks to its location near the sea, the temperature remains comfortable even during the hot summer months.

Investment & Vacation Homes has access to two apartments in Sainte-Maxime, units 308 and 309. Both are the same size and offer the same amenities, and are located right next to each other. Perfect for two families or multiple generations who want to vacation together while still having their own living space.
Location and Transportation
The nearest airport is Nice Côte d’Azur, about an hour’s drive from Sainte-Maxime. We recommend renting a car so you can easily explore the Riviera and the surrounding coastline.
From the apartment, you can take day trips to Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, or Monaco, or drive inland to explore the charming mountain villages. Sainte-Maxime also has a lively town center with markets, restaurants, and cafés, offering plenty of opportunities to experience the French Mediterranean atmosphere up close.

Nice apartment with a small kitchen. We rented both apartments for a family with three older children/teens. This apartment has a sunny but slightly smaller terrace, while 309 offers more space for meals in the shade on the terrace. We liked the nearby beach for a morning dip (10-minute walk) and the large beach for longer days at the water’s edge (20-minute walk). Lots of fish—don’t forget your snorkel gear!

The building is a bit worn, but the surroundings are lovely. The apartment is quite “heavily” furnished, best suited for 2 people.

A car is a must; it’s “a bit” far and quite hilly to get to the beach, town, and grocery stores
Sainte-Maxime is a very charming town
The view couldn’t be better, and the beach visible from the apartment is just a 5-minute drive away—free parking is available if you turn right right by the beach and drive 100 meters up. The beach is a wide sandy beach, one of the best on the French Riviera. You can walk to the beach below—it’s a bit smaller, but also really nice.
Plenty of sightseeing opportunities and restaurants/beach bars nearby.
